📌 Your tasks
• You will develop AI-based functions and tools for our platform
• You will support the training, testing, and optimization of NLP and matching algorithms
• You will work with our front-end and back-end developers on concrete AI integrations
• You will link external APIs (e.g., for translation, speech recognition, applicant matching)
• You will document processes and develop yourself technically step by step

🎯 Your profile
• Completed studies in computer science, data science, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of NLP, data analysis, or recommendation algorithms is a plus
• Analytical thinking, clean documentation, and a desire to learn by doing
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
