Your tasks

• You will help develop AI-based functions and tools for our platform

• You will support the training, testing, and optimization of NLP and matching algorithms

• You will work with our frontend and backend developers on specific AI integrations

• You will connect external APIs (e.g., for translation, speech recognition, applicant matching)

• You will document processes and develop your technical skills step by step

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, data science, or a comparable qualification

• Initial practical experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

• Knowledge of NLP, data analysis, or recommendation algorithms is a plus

• Analytical thinking, clear documentation, and a passion for learning by doing

• Good written and spoken German and English skills
