Your Responsibilities
• Identify potential corporate clients and proactively build new business relationships
• Present our platform and services convincingly in initial meetings, online calls, and follow-ups
• Guide prospects from first contact through to closing
• Maintain and further develop long-term client relationships
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, and Product Development to translate customer needs into effective solutions
• Document sales activities in the CRM and keep track of your pipeline
Your Profile
• Completed commercial training or a degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or customer consulting
• Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and enjoyment in working with people
• Independent, structured working style and a strong sense of customer needs
• Interest in digital platforms, recruiting topics, and modern HR solutions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
