Your tasks

• You will help develop AI-based functions and tools for our platform

• You support training, testing and optimizing NLP and matching algorithms

• You work with our frontend and backend developers on specific AI integrations

• You link external APIs (e.g. for translation, speech recognition, applicant matching)

• You document processes and develop technically step by step

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, data science or comparable qualification

• First practical experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

• Knowledge of NLP, data analysis or recommendation algorithms is a plus

• Analytical thinking, clean documentation & desire to learn by doing

• Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
